Pressing this point can quickly improve blood flow from the head and neck to the head. Use the thumbs of both hands to push upward at the acupoint, with moderate force, to feel soreness.

Shaohai acupoint, located at the end of the horizontal lines on the inner side of the elbow joint, has the effect of improving cardiopulmonary function, promoting blood flow to the head and metabolism of the scalp. When pressing, straighten the arm, press with the thumb of the other hand, and pinch the elbow joint with the other four fingers.

Matters needing attention: The best time to press is after taking a bath at night. At this time, muscles are relaxed, blood circulation is improved, and the pressing effect is good. Do not press on an empty stomach or a full stomach. Eight points of force should be used in the massage, and each massage should be done within 1 to 3 minutes, so that the body does not feel any discomfort. Slowly exhale when pressing down, and inhale slowly when finger pulp leaves, which will help improve the pressing effect.
